Shipping policy

Orders are shipped using Canada Post or DHL. Estimated delivery times are 1-3 weeks to the States, and 3-5 weeks to other countries.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they provide a complete and correct address, including any unit/ suite/ apartment numbers, zip/ postal codes, and so on. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with their order.

Customers placing multiple consecutive orders will be charged shipping on each order. For logistical reasons, we are generally not able to combine orders and process refunds.
