A: Orders will ship within 2 business days after receiving your order. The estimated delivery timeline will be approximately 10-12 business days after shipping. We’ll provide a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Q: How about shipping costs?
A: Shipping costs will be charged at checkout, and depend on the weight and size of the items purchased. Shipping will be charged at a flat rate of USD $10 for packages up to 500g. For US orders, this shipping rate includes tariff costs. Due to restrictions on the flat weight shipping service, any order weighing more than 500g must be split up and charged in multiples of $10 per unit of up to 500g weight.
